About us

We employ around 3,900 people; have a staff bank of approximately 540 people and an active volunteer base of around 200 people.

We are passionate about looking at ways we can enhance the quality of our service and our culture and this is reflected in doing things the RDaSHWay.

At RDaSH we care about equality and diversity and hold a host of staff networks including black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) meetings, the disability and wellness network, and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, Q+ (LGBTQ+) network.

Each year around 155,000 people access RDaSH NHS services, which operate in over 100 locations across Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.


Services

We provide a whole host of NHS mental health and learning disability services and our portfolio includes community services, such as sexual health, district nursing and health visitors, as well as our hospice in Doncaster and our Aspire drug and alcohol service.
