Location

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) are based in South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, which are friendly counties in the north of England. Our main site is located adjacent to and within Woodfield Park, Doncaster.

Excellent transport links

Doncaster, Rotherham and North Lincolnshire enjoy easy access to excellent motorway and A road networks like the A1, M1, M18 and the M180.

Doncaster station is a major train station on the East Coast Mainline and has excellent links to the rest of the county, with fast links to London and Scotland.

Doncaster is also the home of Doncaster Sheffield Airport, one of the UK’s newest airports, which offers an increasing number of UK and international destinations.

South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire has amazing countryside and is close to the:

  • Peak District National Park
  • Pennines
  • Yorkshire Dales National Park
  • North York Moors National Park
  • Lincolnshire Wolds

There are lots of parks and green spaces in all our areas, with excellent National Trust and English Heritage sites. National Trust and English Heritage sites are preserved areas, buildings or places of historic interest or natural beauty.

The towns and cities in our area, including the historical cities of York and Lincoln, have a wide variety of entertainment venues for an excellent night or day out, whether it is with friends, family, or children.

Sport is also a big part of life here with a number of professional football, rugby and cricket teams in and around the area.

All this means that living here can meet the needs of a range of diverse interests.
