Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) has created a buddy system for our NHS nurses that have been recruited from overseas.
The aim of the buddy system is to provide informal help from a colleague to give a more holistic approach to their wellbeing support.
We hope buddies will share their experiences and tips for life at RDaSH, and in South Yorkshire and the UK. It offers the opportunity to make new friends and to be a part of something that celebrates cultures and diversity in an informal and sociable way.
